How it works

  • Call us on 0330 999 0959 to book your online mediation appointment or simply complete the form below:

  • One of our accredited mediators calls you and takes you through the MIAM during a 30 minute appointment via Skype, WhatsApp or FaceTime. Phone MIAMs can be held in certain circumstances.

  • We then release a signed Form A (for finances) or C100 (for parenting) which allows you, or your solicitor, to file an application with the court

  • Suitable where mediation is not likely to take place or not wanted

  • Great for urgent applications and priority cases

  • National coverage in England and Wales

  • Form A or C100 are valid for 6 months from date of signature

  • Other party does not have to be contacted

In most cases you will need to conduct a MIAM with an accredited mediator in order to have either form signed prior to submission to court. Contact us to arrange your online MIAM or complete the opposite contact form and we will get back to you.

Terms and conditions

Offer is for new clients only. If mediation is suitable for your case you may want to consider a local mediation service. Offer includes the signing and sending of the relevant form for court by an accredited family mediator. Payment due at time of booking appointment

What is a MIAM

A MIAM is a Mediation Information & Assessment Meeting. We tell you about mediation and what it involves, and we answer any questions you may have. This should enable you to make a decision on whether family mediation is suitable. In some cases, we may decide mediation is unsuitable for your case. Our online service is suitable where mediation is unlikely to take place or not required.

Do I need a MIAM

Most people who need to file an application to the court for a family matter, whether on finances (Form A) or parenting (C100), will need a MIAM. There are some exceptions (such as where there has been domestic abuse evidenced in the relationship.) We can tell you whether you should need a MIAM or not.
